Last updated: October 13, 2026
At Daryana Emyr, we want you to love what you receive. Every item is made to order, just for you, and if it arrives with a problem in its materials or printing, we will make it right. This page explains what our warranty covers and how to use it.
What is covered
Our warranty covers items that arrive with:
- a defect in materials or workmanship;
- a printing error, such as a design, colors, or placement that are clearly different from what was shown on the product page;
- damage that happened during shipping; or
- the wrong item.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by misuse, accidents, or not following the care instructions;
- small color differences between what you see on a screen and the printed item, since screens display colors differently from printed products;
- minor variations in print size or placement that are normal in printing;
- errors in customized text or details provided by the customer;
- a choice of the wrong size or color, or a change of mind; and
- problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

To keep your items looking their best, please follow the care instructions shown on each product page or on the product label.

Please report any problem within 7 days of the delivery date.
