Shipping Policy

At Daryana Emyr, every item is made to order, just for you. This page explains how production and shipping work so you know what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship only within the United States. We are working on expanding to other countries and will update this page when that changes.
Production time
Because each product is produced after you place your order, production happens before shipping begins. Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days. Busy periods, such as holidays and sales, can add a few extra days.
Shipping time
Once your order is produced, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:
- Standard shipping: about 3–4 business days.
- Express shipping: about 1–3 business days.
These times start after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information by email.
Multiple packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages, for example when items are produced in different locations. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
Delays
Carrier problems, out-of-stock items, or file issues can occasionally delay an order. If your package hasn’t arrived a couple of days after the estimated date, please contact us and we will look into it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, write to us at info@daryanaemyr.net within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos. We will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
