Welcome to Daryana Emyr. By visiting our website at daryanaemyr.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About us
Daryana Emyr is a custom printing store based in Panama. We sell printed products such as mugs, canvas prints, pillows, and apparel, which are made to order. You can reach us at info@daryanaemyr.net.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Orders and acceptance
All products are made to order. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms we received your order, but it does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order if, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, we cannot verify the payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the change will not affect an order you have already placed. Prices already include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
6. Customized orders
If you choose colors, sizes, text, names, or other details for your order, you are responsible for checking that they are correct before you pay. We print exactly what you provide and are not responsible for spelling mistakes or other errors in the details you give us. If you send us text, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may refuse any order that includes unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
7. Product images and colors
We do our best to show our products accurately. However, colors may look different on different screens, and small variations in color, size, or print placement are normal in printed products.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, illustrations, text, logos, photos, and other content on this website belong to Daryana Emyr or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only, not the rights to the design.
9. Accounts
You do not need an account to place an order. Accounts are currently available by invitation only. If we invite you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if you think someone has used your account without your permission.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and conditions stated when they are offered. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time, except for orders already placed.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break any law, to try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts, to introduce viruses or harmful code, or to interfere with how the website works.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do our best to keep this website running and its information accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daryana Emyr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
13. Third-party services
We use third-party services to run our store, such as payment processors and printing and shipping partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites linked from our store.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Orders already placed are covered by the Terms in effect when you placed them.
