Refund and Returns Policy

At Daryana Emyr, every item is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind, but we will always make it right if something goes wrong with your order. This page explains how.
Made-to-order items
Each product is printed after you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color choice, or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please review your order carefully before you pay.
What we cover
We will gladly reprint, reship, or refund your order if:
- your item arrives damaged or defective;
- your item is misprinted, for example the design, colors, or placement look wrong;
- you received the wrong item; or
- your package is lost in transit.
How to request a reprint or refund
Email us at info@daryanaemyr.net within 7 days of the delivery date. For a lost package, write to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of the problem; and
- a clear photo of the affected item. If several items are affected, one photo showing them together is enough.
Requests made after 7 days can’t be accepted. You do not need to send the item back to us.
Your options
Once we review your request, you can choose between a free reprint or reshipment, or a refund. We will reply within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Wrong or incomplete address
If your order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we can send it again, but the cost of reshipping is paid by the customer. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
Cancellations and changes
Because production starts soon after you order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it is in production. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
